Our Agent Brenda is amazing. My wife and I recently purchased a condo and ran into some challenges with Universal Insurance not accepting the format of our HOA’s wind mitigation report. Apparently, Universal recently changed their related requirements. Brenda helped us find a solution to satisfy Universal’s requirements, thus saving us a lot of money. Brenda put on a masterclass in customer service solving a problem and putting the customer first. We highly recommend HG Holdam Insurance, in particular Brenda.
